With the ever-changing political landscape and social climate; Ron Scott, Jr., Community Outreach Director a the Y.W.C.A. Wheeling, has developed this presentation meant to help explain and facilitate the growing shift away from Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (D.E.I.). We will examine definitions, motivations, and plans to enter and thrive within this new world of agendas & intentions.
