Guided Self-Inquiry Session

A dedicated time and space for an in-depth exploration of this being human in a conducive atmosphere. Through guided prompts and open discussions, each session invites participants to pause, reflect on their inner landscape and ask meaningful questions that enhance emotional intelligence and the understanding of meditation. A well-formed, embodied question can spark a sudden insight that naturally brings about a state of alive stillness, attention and inquiry.

• Meditation cushions / chairs and blankets are provided.
• Please leave your shoes on the shoe rack before proceeding into the space.
• Please refrain from wearing fragrances so as to maintain a neutral environment that is conducive to meditation.
• Please silence your phone.
