Gentle Yoga with Julie
This is a soft, gentle class adaptable for all ages and capabilities to help you reawaken your body’s innate intelligence so you can move with greater ease and comfort.
This practice is rooted in neuroscience and somatic awareness to help you develop a compassionate and confident relationship with your body, repattern muscle memory, and regulate your nervous system. Guided by Julie, a Certified Yoga Alliance Instructor with over 1,000 hours of training and 15 years of teaching experience, this class weaves breathwork, gentle movement, and restorative postures to relieve stress, fatigue, and tension while strengthening your mind, body, and soul.

🌿 What to Bring & Know
• Please bring your own yoga mat if possible (a limited number are available for $2 rental).
• Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and prepare your space.
• Water, comfortable layers, and a light blanket are encouraged.
• If you use a Graceful Waves mat, please leave it out after class so Julie can clean and sanitize it.
