Start your year by returning to your foundation. This gentle workshop invites you to connect with your sense of safety, stability, and belonging as we begin our journey through the Crown Pathway. Root into breath, explore grounding postures, and engage in an earth-toned art meditation designed to support nervous system steadiness and inner calm.

Whether you’re new to the Pathway or deepening your practice, this Root workshop offers a strong, supportive space to begin again. You’ll leave with a simple grounding ritual, a creative practice you can revisit, and a sense of connection to your body and breath.
