A 90-minute acoustic meditation, hosted by Preston Klik, using ocean gong, singing bowls, didgeridoo, flutes, drums, and handpan. Gentle yet cathartic, this cinematic soundscape helps release stagnant energy, clear emotional blockages, and guide you into deep relaxation.
What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing . All you need to bring is a mat! (pillow & blanket are optional)
When to arrive: We will start at 7:00 PM. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to get settled in.
