Lumina Circle: A Monthly Meditation Gathering

Join us for the Lumina Circle, a monthly meditation gathering for men and women to reconnect with spirit, self, and community. Each month carries a unique theme inspired by the cycles of nature and the soul’s journey.

For October, we step into the energy of Embracing the Shadow. As the days grow shorter and the veil between worlds thins, we are invited to honor both the light and the shadow within. This guided meditation will help you release what no longer serves you, find balance in stillness, and welcome the wisdom hidden in your depths.

✨ No experience with meditation is required — just an open heart and a willingness to pause.
✨ Together we create a safe, sacred space for reflection, healing, and transformation.

What to Bring/What to Expect:

• A journal and pen (optional, for after-meditation reflections)
• Comfortable clothing for relaxation
• Water to stay hydrated
• Crystals, mala beads, or other sacred items you’d like to charge with energy (optional)
• An open heart and a spirit ready for renewal
