Introduction to Aerial Yoga Playshop

Float, stretch, and play as you discover the magic of aerial yoga! Guided by international aerial yoga instructor Holly Johnson of Aviana Yoga, this beginner-friendly workshop invites you to explore movement in a whole new way.

You’ll learn how to safely move with the support of the aerial hammock, which gently assists your body in traditional yoga postures while helping you find optimal alignment and deeper body awareness. The hammock also makes inversions accessible, no need for a strong upper body or advanced core strength. Instead, you’ll experience the bliss of suspension as gravity supports your release.

Come with curiosity and leave surprised by how capable and empowered you truly are. There is an extended floating meditation at the end that is pure bliss while being cocooned in the hammock and guided into deep relaxation.

All levels welcome, no experience needed!
