Unwind Workshop

If you are ready for a simple and highly effective reduction in your stress levels, you've come to the right workshop. A workshop where you get to rest, reset, and soak in restorative meditative music while your ear needles do all the work.
Bring a bottle of water, yoga mat, blanket, and pillow (not required) - you will be laying on the floor.
The only thing required of you is a gentle, respectful spirit for your and other's journey into peace.
