Hello Hips! A Yoga Workshop

Show up and give your hips some love!

This workshop is tailor-made for those with chronically tight hips, weak hip flexors and individuals seeking increased mobility.

Through the lens of yoga, we will identify the different parts of the hips, (+ the neighboring areas!) learn how to safety move, strech, and exert these hot spots followed by slow TLC rejuvenation. Expect drills, targeted exercises, deep yet accessible yoga stretches and intentional breath- no power flow here!

Props provided, feel free to bring your own. Come as you are and leave empowered with tools to aid you on and off the mat!

This is INCLUDED with in the membership if you are a member of FYFS.
If you are new to FYSF, it is donation based between $5-$20, your choice.
