Join us for a Candlelight Cosmic Sound Bath, an evening designed to help your mind, body, and nervous system unwind from the whirlwind of Black Friday deals, holiday stress, and nonstop to-do lists.
In this gentle, soul-soothing experience, you’ll be surrounded by soft candlelight as cosmic sound waves wash over you — crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding frequencies guiding you into deep relaxation. We’ll also work with intentional essential oils to open the senses, calm the heart, and help you return to yourself.
This is your invitation to reset, breathe, and decompress before the holiday season takes over. Give yourself 90 minutes of stillness… your body will thank you.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, or anything that makes you feel cozy.
