Magical Christmas Aroma Yoga.

Anyone who knows me well will know that I LOVE Christmas! I love the magic of Christmas, so I thought I'd celebrate that magic with you for our last Aroma yoga of the year. It will be a deep release practice with beautiful Christmassy Young Living essential oils and an enchanting, soothing seasonal playlist which will melt away tension and reset your nervous system at this frenetic time of year.
