Beginner Yoga Foundations: 6 Week Series at Open Doors Yoga Studios Weymouth, MA

This workshop series is designed for students that want to learn the basics of our vinyasa practice. Students will learn basic yoga postures including the Sun Salutations as well as the importance of breath. Alignment and modifications will be explained as well as how to move into postures safely. Learn the basics to refine your practice!
