Gentle Somatics is focusing on sensing your way in and out of movements. It focuses on how movements feel to you from inside, this is known as felt sense. An invitation to check in with your body - just observe what you’re feeling feeling and what you’re noticing in your body. Awaken awareness of your body within with Somatic
movements.
The Somatic movements helps to release tension that you’ve built up. It’s the action of releasing the tension that our muscles habitually do. Sense the overall spaciousness in your body with the Somatic movements.
Most of the movements are done lying down; while some are done sitting or standing. You many want to bring your mat, small pillow, blanket and water.
