Since 2018, we've hosted an "Executive Summit" session immediately following our annual LIVE2LEAD:Harrisonburg event, focused on facilitating strategic conversation between mid-to-high level managers, executives, and business owners - geared at building strong leadership cultures in every organization. From that initial session in 2018, our Executive Leadership Elite Think Tank was born...

Since then, we've served dozens of organizations through our public ELETT model, and we've had the opportunity to tailor it for the executives within some others. In 2024, we built on that approach to fill a need that was shared with us and launched our IMPACT Leadership Academy, designed to help mid-level managers grown into executive leadership roles.

This NEW full-day Executive Summit event is geared at serving the participants in those groups AND providing 100 other managers and executives with the unique opportunity of joining them for exclusive content and round table discussions around creating world-class leadership cultures.
