Ever wanted to create your own comic book?

This workshop offers a unique opportunity for young artists to explore making comics. Participants will learn how comics work, discover how to create their own characters, and draw their own stories.

Join artist Renné Vrána, who will explain how a comic book comes together and will guide you through cover creation, lettering and speech bubbles, and bookbinding. Participants will create their own cartoon character and will then learn how to structure and create a funny comic strip!

Perfect for 8–12-year-olds! Whether you draw, write, or both, come along to pick up tips and tools you’ll need to begin your very own comic journey!
