This "performance sport cluster" features 3 days of AKC Coursing Ability Tests, Fast CAT, Fetch, AKC Temperament Testing, Fit Dog Walks, and CGC/Trick testing all at the same location!

There is a pet-friendly hotel (Hampton Inn) only 5 minutes away, or if camping is more your style there's a nice RV park (Camp Sherrye) right across the street from the event center.

The city of Wetumpka was featured on HGTV's "Hometown Takeover" and has plenty of stuff to see while you're here. Enjoy the view of the Coosa River at Gold Star Park, take your dog hiking at historical Fort Toulouse, or visit some of the restaurants and shops downtown - including "For Healthy Pets," a locally-owned pet supply store.
