Shadow Work- Entering the Sacred Garden

Discover the transformative potential of Shadow Work and the journey back to "wholeness" with Erin from Mystic Healing Reiki.
In this class, you will learn to identify and connect with suppressed emotions such as fear, unworthiness, shame, and guilt. We will delve into the myth of Persephone, the concept of the Luminous Dark, the Deepest Fear Inventory and participate in a burning pot ceremony.
