August 2nd Saturday AM Paddle Boarding Session - Aldwark - £20 location Aldwark (when booking manual payment is preferred via bank transfer)

The session is around 1.5hrs and is suitable for anyone, lessons will be given on safety, how to paddle and support when learning to stand or if you can already paddle join us for a very social evening on the water.

*Suitable for beginners or anyone who fancies a paddle

*Paddleboards provided

*We will provide wetsuits and bouyancy aids

*Qualified paddlesport leader

*Hot chocolate and biscuits when you finish

Remember to bring dry clothes for after

Towel can be useful

Shoes you don't mind getting wet (old pair of trainers) NO CROCS or open toe footwear
