Info: Guests are encouraged to check-in to the event at 5:45 pm. Upon check in attendees will be welcomes to their seats by a Big Bite signature mocktail!

Info: Learn the basics of charcuterie including how to identify popular cheese varieties, selecting harmonious meat options and elevating with edible decor and delicate placements. Guests will sample popular pairings and unexpected flavor enhancers.

Info: One by one, the instructor will demonstrate how to cut, fold and style multiple meat, cheeses, fruits and other items to create the charcuterie box of your dreams! Each attendee will build and take home their very own 8x8 personally made charcuterie arrangement.

Info: Upon completion guests are welcome to take photos of their creation and share with their peers. We will have a optional class photo to commemorate our event!
