In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll learn the essential terminology, how to care for an active sourdough 'mother,' and how to mix, shape, and take home a basic loaf ready to bake. You'll leave with hands-on experience, the confidence to start baking at home, and your very own piece of Amanda's 104-year-old sourdough mother to continue the tradition in your own kitchen.
