Join us for a peaceful hour among the pines to relax your mind and body! Afterwards, enjoy a Japanese tea reception.

Forest bathing is a type of nature therapy, also called shinrin yoku, a Japanese practice. We will focus on deep breathing techniques during a guided walk through the Earthplace grounds. This simple method of staying calm while observing nature can help reduce stress and enhance overall health and well-being.
