- All businesses or governmental agencies that advertise, offer or perform tree trimming services in Broward County are required to obtain a Tree Trimmer License.
- Tree trimmers employed by these agencies are REQUIRED to have a Tree Trimmer Certification. These certifications are valid for a maximum of two years.
- A CERTIFICATION and a LICENSE are two different things - both are required to trim trees.
- This class will teach ADVANCED material about proper tree pruning methods according to American National Standards Institute [ANSI], and Chain Saw Safety best practices.
- This class is open to industry professionals AND the general public.
