This event will be delivered in partnership with the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce and the Stoke and Staffordshire Skills Hub, with a focus on Local Skills Improvement Plans (LSIPs), showing how businesses, educators, and skills providers are aligning training with local employer needs.

At the heart of the project is Your Pathway from Classroom to Career, an interactive digital careers brochure featuring:

• Real-life career stories from local employees

• Immersive 360° workplace tours

• ‘Day in the Life’ professional video features

• Practical career advice and signposting to next steps in education, training, and employment

South Staffordshire is home to over 4,500 businesses — from global brands to innovative enterprises — and this initiative is a powerful step towards bridging the gap between classroom learning and workplace skills.
