Wild Explorers Term 5

Wild Explorers is an outdoor based stay and play for families with young children, from confident walkers to 5 years old.
- A selection of activities each week including free play, exploring, mud kitchen, planned activities themed around a book or topic.
- Sessions are relaxed and start with a welcome and safety briefing before exploring the resources and activities.
- A snack is always offered, usually cooked on the fire, or feel free to bring your own.
- Sessions end with a story around the fire.
Research shows that being outside in a natural environment is very beneficial for all areas of children's learning and development and can also reduce stress and anxiety for everyone.
Wood Lane Quarry is on the edge of Weston Woods and the ground is uneven. Sessions are planned for children under 5 years. More information is in the ticket link attached.
