We will come together in ceremony at this threshold of time, drink ceremonial cacao (or blue lotus & butterfly flower tea) to connect with our hearts and each other. We will then open our hearts with some drumming and a sound journey to release what needs letting go of from 2025 and set our intentions, hopes and dreams, for what we want to create in 2026.
This is an opportunity for you to take some time out to connect, drum, relax and dream, and allow the sounds and vibrations of various sacred instruments to take you on a meditative journey through the elements and beyond where you can connect with your heart and soul.
The vibrations from the sounds are deeply relaxing, rebalancing and nurturing. They can ease a stressful mind, open up the heart, release tension and emotions and create the ideal conditions for self healing and wellbeing.
After the sound journey we will come back together with snacks for grounding (please let me know if you have a nut allergy), and water or tea for drinking, with some optional sharing time and to close the circle.
Please wear comfortable layers and bring whatever you need to be warm and comfortable for the sound journey - something to sit or lie on, a pillow if desired and a warm snuggly blanket or quilt. Let me know when you book if you need to borrow a mat or a reclining chair (limited amount available).
Bring a drum and or rattle if you have one or let me know if you need to borrow one when you book.
It will take place at Wick St Lawrence Village Hall, Wick Road, Wick St Lawrence, BS22 7YR
Please arrive by 6.30pm so that we can settle in and get started asap. We will aim to be finished by around 10.30pm, although the evening will just flow in the moment so there is no fixed end time.
Booking direct with me is essential please as places are limited. I will also hold a waiting list in case of cancellations.
I offer these on a 'Give what you can afford' basis (ideally around £15 -£20) which also includes your cacao or tea and snacks at the end, but please adjust according to your budget.
