New Weekly Bellydance Class

Suitable for beginners and those with some experience. We'll be dancing a choreography to Egyptian pop music, using some basic belly dance movements, shimmies, figure 8s, circles. Discover this beautiful artform and learn a short dance piece. No experience needed. Suitable for all shapes and sizes. This is low-impact, great for toning, balance and posture. No need to show your tummy. We dance in bare feet (socks or soft-soled shoes are also suitable) I have 2-3 coin scarves to borrow but please bring your own if you have one.
