Join our Connect3 FREE Wellbeing Walks, gentle and welcoming group walks designed to help you reconnect – with yourself, with others, and with nature. These sessions are especially for anyone struggling with their mental wellbeing, feeling isolated, or simply looking for a space to breathe.
Thanks to generous funding from the National Lottery, these walks are completely free to attend.

A friendly welcome and space to go at your own pace
Guided grounding meditation to help you settle into the moment
A slow, mindful walk through beautiful green spaces
Gentle nature-based reflections and conversation
