Restorative Yoga Mini-Retreats at Victory Hall, Uphill
October 19th: Return
November 16th: Inspire
December 14th: Retreat
As the nights draw in and nature prepares for hibernation, these Sunday afternoon gatherings invite you to slow down, soften, and return to yourself. Each workshop offers a gentle sanctuary of rest, nourishment, and community—with tea and cake to round off our time together.
RESTORE: Time to return to yourself
Step into a warm, welcoming, candlelit space with tea and homemade treats, and settle into a deeply restorative practice. This session features a sound journey with singing bowls, gong, and vocals, paired with supported restorative yoga postures to guide you back home to yourself.
Leave feeling grounded, replenished, and gently restored, ready to embrace the coming season with calm and clarity.
What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative yoga is the art of conscious relaxation. Using props to fully support the body, postures are held for several minutes, allowing muscles to release, the nervous system to settle, and the mind to quieten. This is yoga as deep rest: a practice of “being” rather than “doing.” Ideal for calming stress, easing fatigue, and reconnecting with your inner rhythms.
