Event Description:
Join us at Sacred Space Yoga for a powerful six-week journey into the energy centres of your body — the chakras.

Each week, Lauren will guide you through an embodied exploration of a different chakra, beginning at the root and rising to the crown. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and reflective practices, you’ll learn how to connect with each energy centre, release blockages, and invite balance and flow into your life.
