This workshop is led by Rhonda Hamer. Rhonda is a Certified Personal Trainer Senior/Fitness Specialist with
experience in seven Silver Sneakers formats. She specializes in Osteoporosis Fitness as well as Balance, Posture, and Corrective Exercise. Rhonda is also a Certified Health Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach and a RYT 200 Yoga Instructor.
