Injuries to ourselves and others happen daily. In most areas Advanced Life Support is under 9 minutes away. A lot can happen during this time and having a proper understanding of the physiology of the human body and how it responds to certain injuries can be the difference of life and death. We dig into commonly available First Aid items to give you a full understanding of when and how to use them.
