🎃 Bring a Pumpkin to Stroller Strides + Pumpkin Seed Shaker Playgroup

🍂 For this special Stroller Strides class, bring a medium-sized pumpkin to use as your workout buddy. We’ll squat it, press it, twist it, and laugh our way through a festive fall workout together. 🎃💪

After class, stick around for a playful seasonal craft at our Pumpkin Seed Shaker Playgroup. Kiddos will love making their very own shaker to take home—perfect for music, sensory fun, and a little festive noise-making. 🥁✨

What to Bring:

Stroller
Mat/towel for ground work
Water bottle
A medium-sized pumpkin (per mom)

First class is FREE for new moms—so grab a friend and join the fun. Because fitness + pumpkins + playtime = the ultimate fall morning! 🍁
