Adult Self-Defense (10 weeks)

Our Adult Self-Defense class is tailored for individuals seeking practical skills to enhance personal safety and confidence. This program runs weekly on thursdays from September 18 - November 20.

It focuses on situational awareness, effective communication, and physical techniques to respond to various threat levels. Participants will learn to identify and avoid dangerous situations, de-escalate potential conflicts, and, when necessary, employ defensive maneuvers to protect themselves.

The class emphasizes real-world applications, ensuring that techniques are accessible and effective regardless of prior experience or fitness level.
