Escape the everyday and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a sunset sound bath on the beautiful shores of Misquamicut Beach! Join us for the first of our summer series, where the tranquil sounds of crystal singing bowls and a resonant gong will wash over you as the sun gracefully sets over the Atlantic.
Allow the soothing frequencies to melt away stress, promote deep relaxation, and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This is the perfect way to start your weekend early and connect with the calming energy of the ocean and the sunset.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat or comfortable padding to lie on
Warm blanket(s)
Pillow for extra comfort (optional)
Warm clothing layers as the temperature can drop after sunset
Water to stay hydrated
