Sound Bath with Kitties

Chillax with the Lounge Cats and experience the harmonizing frequencies of crystal singing bowls (and a few other instruments) to support balance to your nervous system, promote deep relaxation and to release energetic blocks that are no longer serving you. Elle Nauman of Restoring Through Nature, LLC combines Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy® and Chakra Therapy with Sound Frequency Healing to create a calm and relaxing environment for you to let go and allow your body to realign with your natural frequency and tap into a deeper sense of peace and well-being.

Please bring a yoga mat or pillow and blanket - Chairs and mats will be available but it is suggested to bring what you need to be as comfortable as possible.
