It's time to announce the FALL Scrapbooking Retreat Details!
This event is opened up first to my guests who attended the Fall 2024 event FIRST, then the SPRING 2025 guests!
All others who would like to come will be added to a waiting list to scoop up any remaining seats. These seats will be available on a first come, first served basis, so if you didn't attend these events and want to come, please let me know soonest to be put on the top of the list.
If you attended the Fall 2024 event, you have one week to claim your seats. These seats must be claimed by July 23.
Next the seats will be offered to the guests from the Spring 2025 event for 1 week. These seats must be claimed by July 30.
After July 30, they will be offered to anyone on the waiting list, then publicly. Please contact me to let me know if you can come as soon as possible.
*Please note the following changes:
*We must be completely out of the crop room by 12 PM on Sunday. Therefore, I will be opening up on Thursday earlier, beginning at 10 AM.
*If you've attended before, you may notice that costs for the hotel have risen, like everything else. You will notice that the rates reflect that slightly.

Thursday is an Optional Day!
Grab your best girlfriends and get ready to spend some time with your family photos creating beautiful albums filled with your great memories or doing any of your favorite crafty projects. We will have plenty of fun girl time, and lots of laughs.
Your weekend includes a two or three-night stay in a beautiful, double-occupied hotel room on the bay with full size comfy beds, and breakfast each morning.
Crop around the clock on your own 6’ table in the Craft & Crop room located right down the stairs.
There are lots of great restaurants, the Cape Cod Mall, shops, beaches and other places to see nearby.
***Your registration includes a $25 gift certificate to spend on album making products available.
I will be bringing Creative Memories, My Sister’s Scrapbook Page Kits, and more, to set up in our cropping room.
If you need specific Creative Memories products - albums, page refills or tape runner refills, etc.; please let me know by October 1, so that I can order them in time for the weekend.

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY - Thursday – Sunday $400

- Also let me know if you will or will not have a *roommate and include their name and email.
* Sorry, but I can't be responsible to find a roommate for you but will try my best to pair you up with someone else if she is looking for someone also.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:

2) You may also send your payment via VENMO to me @Susan-Tapply. Please send this friend to friend, NOT goods and services.
Check in for the hotel room is 3 PM but we will be allowed into the crop room at 10 AM on Thursday.
Check out of your guest room Sun. by 11 AM. Keep on crafting and cropping on Sunday morning, but we must be completely out of the Craft & Crop room no later than 12 PM!
Hotel rooms are double occupancy with 2 people. All rooms have 2 full beds with no more than 2 people in a room. The fee covers both your hotel room & your crop space for the entire weekend.
All breakfasts will be served at the hotel. A $3 dinner coupon per person will be included to use for other meals for several local restaurants.
You may bring snacks, drinks, liquor, or any food into the crop room that you choose to bring.
Children must be 16 yrs. old to attend.
If you are a representative for another company, this is not a vendor event. I respectfully ask that you spend this time having fun with friends scrapbooking, not promoting your business.
