Sleep is not just rest—it is a doorway.
Dreams are not random; they are meaningful experiences shaped by the mind, memory, and emotion.
This special gathering brings together dream science, guided meditation, and expert insight to explore what happens when we sleep and why we dream.
We will begin with a gentle guided meditation designed to calm the nervous system and prepare the mind for rest, openness, and receptivity. From this grounded and relaxed state, dream consultant Parisa will guide us through an engaging and accessible presentation on the science of dreaming—how dreams form, what influences them, and how they reflect our inner world and emotional life.
This event is both educational and experiential, offering a safe and welcoming space to learn, reflect, and deepen your connection with your own sleep and dream patterns.
Whether you are curious about the meaning of your dreams or simply seeking a deeper understanding of sleep and the subconscious, this evening invites you to listen inward and explore the messages that arise when the mind rests.
Free to attend · Offered by donation
This gathering is offered in the spirit of generosity. Donations are optional and gratefully received in support of this work.
The by-donation philosophy in spiritual and conscious events comes from an old and deeply respected tradition of generosity, trust, and reciprocity. It’s not about “free vs paid” — it’s about relationship and exchange.
All are welcome. No prior experience needed.
