PART A
* The score is the total reps completed.
* So it goes: 10 Cals SkiErg, 10 Line Facing Burpees, 20 Cals SkiErg, 20 Line Facing Burpees, 40-40, 60-60, 80-80, Etc.
* Break up how you want
PART B
* Score is time
* If you don't finish, your score is completed reps
* So it goes: 80 Cals Row, 40 Burpee Box Overs, 60 Cals Row, 30 Burpee Box Overs, 40-20, 20-10, 10-5.
* Break up how you want
* 20" box for everyone
