Sound Bath Evening with Ember

Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, vocals, and more. Let the sound waves and vibrations wash over you, soothing the nervous system, body, mind, and spirit.

Sound healing is an ancient practice, also used in modern medicine to support well-being.

We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help you drop into the moment, then Ember will move around the room with instruments and play seated at other times. Bring your yoga mat and any comfort items (pillows, blankets, etc.); props are available in the studio.
