Somatic Expression

This journey invites you to rediscover what it means to feel deeply moved, and to awaken the inner fire that fuels creativity, connection, and transformation.

At it's core, this class is about reconnecting with what moves us from the inside - rekindling the sense of being touched by ife and Source in a way that enlivens and inspires.

Somatic Exploration... understanding you body's language and how it is communicating via your feelings, intuition, images as memories.
Intuitive Movement... you will be guided through music, intuition and words of contemplation to experience a deeper connection with your body and your authentic self.
Expressive Arts... to give a color, form and visual to your movement, we add drawing as another expression of your resource.
