Perfect for children and youth, this program offers a year-round exploration of dance styles from across the globe. From rhythmic hip-hop to grounded African dance, graceful ballet, and expressive modern movement, every session encourages self-expression, joy, and a deeper connection to the art of dance.
The Young Artists: You Can Dance Series is more than just movement—it's a celebration of the power of representation and cultural heritage. Each class fosters confidence, discipline, and artistry, allowing participants to see themselves in the stories and traditions woven into every step.

Ericka Squire, founder of Natural Movers, is an accomplished dancer, educator, and advocate for the arts. With a passion for nurturing the next generation of artists, Ericka has dedicated her career to creating spaces where young people can connect with their creative potential. Her innovative approach blends technical mastery with cultural exploration, inspiring dancers to express themselves with confidence and authenticity.
Through Natural Movers, Ericka continues her mission to uplift and empower youth, helping them see the beauty within themselves and their communities, one dance step at a time. 🌟

Program Description:
A free monthly program that offers the community a diverse range of activities including cooking, gardening, dance, STEAM, writing, art and music, all designed to enrich their literacy learning experience. This program encourages children to explore their passions, facilitate ongoing self-discovery, while developing leadership skills and fostering a sense of community.

Rohi’s Readery is an award winning social justice driven children's bookstore and learning center dedicated to critical literacy that promotes inclusivity and diversity by honoring historically marginalized communities.
Rohi’s Liberation Station 501c3, a non-profit initiative by Rohi's Readery, honors historically marginalized communities through a multigenerational literacy learning approach.
Programming is FREE (paid for by Rohi's Liberation Station) unless otherwise stated on the event site. Donations are appreciated and will go back into Educational Programming and Services.
