Old Northwood’s 37th Annual Holiday Home Tour!

Join us for the 37th Annual Holiday Home Tour in Old Northwood!

**When:** Saturday, December 13th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

**VIP Party:** 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM (Location will be provided at check-in)

**Where:** Old Northwood historic neighborhood

**Check-in Location:** 3510 Spruce Ave, West Palm Beach, FL

**The marketplace opens at 2:00 PM at the same location as check-in

**Parking is Availabe in Northwood Village orany where throughout the Old Northwood Neighborhood.

Explore our homes and gardens, enjoy food samples and complimentary beverages from local restaurants, and immerse yourself in the holiday spirit! This year, we will also feature a vendor marketplace, live music, a raffle, a silent auction, and a toy drive. We look forward to celebrating the season with you!

Please consider bringing an unwrapped toy or gift card for our toy drive. Monetary donations are also welcome.

The Old Northwood neighborhood is eagerly looking forward to your visit! While the organizers are dedicated to providing an enjoyable experience for all, please remember that participation in this event is at your own risk. We take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety. However, neither our homeowners, the Old Northwood Association, volunteers, or vendors can be held liable for any injuries or losses to individuals or their possessions.

Info: All participants must check in before beginning their self-guided tour. You will receive a wristband and a tour guidebook containing details about the home, neighborhood, and owners. The check-in location is 3510 Spruce Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.

Info: All attendees must have a wristband to enter the homes, which you will receive during check-in. Homeowners will not open their homes before 4 PM. Starting at 4 PM, you can begin your tour at any location on the map. There is no need to follow a specific order—simply enjoy a leisurely stroll and make the most of a wonderful evening in West Palm Beach County.

Info: Vendors range from nonprofit organizations to local businesses setting up pop-up shops for your holiday shopping. Come explore; you are sure to find some one-of-a-kind handmade items, as well as other wonderful products.

Info: A VIP party will be held in a historic home, exclusively open to VIP ticket holders. An open bar and food will be provided. Guests will check in at 3510 Spruce Ave and will receive a dedicated wristband for entry, along with directions to the home location.
