In an effort to clean up our city and fight blight, Mayor McClendon has launched Mayor McClendon’s Boots on the Ground Citywide Cleanup!
Join your neighbors, churches, civic groups, community leaders, and youth organizations as we roll up our sleeves to clean up West Memphis. Supplies like gloves, vests, garbage bags, and grabbers will be provided.
When: Saturday, Oct. 18 • 9 AM – 1 PM (weather permitting)
Alternate Date: Saturday, Oct. 25
Where: Broadway Food Truck Park, 304 Broadway
To support this effort, the FREE Community Dumpster Program is back. Dumpsters will be available for West Memphis residents only from Friday, Oct. 10 through Saturday, Oct. 18.
Dumpster Locations:
• 1101 N. Missouri St. (West Memphis Christian Parking Lot)
• City Hall Parking Lot, 317 Tyler St.
• Corner of East Barton and West McAuley Dr.
• Corner of S. Walker and Broadway
• Corner of S. 16th and East Jackson
