Sacred Steps: Walk and Sound event
6 mile circular circular walk from The Manor Gardens in Birling. Stopping briefly at the sacred Coldrum Longbarrow National trust site to give an offering. Then back for a herbal tea and an hour restorative sound bath in the beautiful tipi set in the private gardens.
