What we're here for...

🌙 Transitioning from new born overwhelm to "this is easy"
🌙 Grounding into our new, ever-changing and ABSOLUTE GODDESS PORTAL bodies
🌙 Getting ourselves out there! Trying something new and meeting new people whilst knowing that baby is safe and cared for.
What's included:

🫧 6 Baby and Me Yoga courses focused on postpartum recovery
🫧 Lifetime access to a WhatsApp community of likeminded, local, new mums
🫧 A safe space for you and baby to visit every week, equipped with a changing station + baby sensory toys to keep the little ones entertained
Suitable for new mamas + their little ones (pre crawlers!)
