Lagoons Gallery Exhibition - 'Gathered' by Megan Thompson

This exhibition is a celebration of the colour and beauty associated with flowers and the natural environment. A variety of different flowers and foliage are presented through the artworks.
Bold colour, shape and texture are featured in the mixed media artworks.

The artworks have been created using a variety of different mediums including pen and ink, pencil and acrylic paints.
Dried flowers and foliage have been used to create dried bouquet style artworks. Each artwork has the gathered themed by the artist and has been presented in different formats.

This exhibition is on display Wednesday, November 12 to Sunday, December 7, 2025, in the Lagoons Gallery within the Botanic Gardens Café. Viewing hours are Wednesday to Friday, 9am to 2pm and weekends, 8am to 3pm, closed Mondays and Tuesdays and public holidays.
