You are invited to join us for a calming, restorative sound bath experience designed for both dogs and their guardians.
This is a gentle sensory session that uses therapeutic sound frequencies to help regulate the nervous system and bring both species into a more grounded, relaxed state - together.
What Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is not a musical performance, but an immersive experience using instruments such as crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and soft percussion to create soothing vibrations and repetitive sound waves. These tones can help calm the mind, regulate breathing, and ease both emotional and physical tension. This sound bath will be specifically tailored to the presence of dogs - using safe, calming frequencies and soft transitions, without sudden or overwhelming sounds, making it ideal even for sound-sensitive dogs.
About Your Facilitator: Gillian Dolan – The Sonic Sister
Gillian is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner based in West Lothian. She offers group and one-to-one sound healing experiences to support emotional, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing. Gillian’s sessions are intuitively led and use a range of instruments.

- Bookings are non- refundable, nut you are welcome to transfer the place to someone else. You must arrange the transfer yourself and inform us of the new attendee's name and information 48 hours prior to the event taking place
Location: Houston Riding Stables, Uphall, West Lothian
All horses will be in there stables and the event will be held in the large indoor arena or if weather permits in the outdoor paddock. Spaces are limited to allow any required space between dogs.
