Celery Bog Field Trip - Raffle, Gift Certificate, Enter to Win Scope Adapter

Have you always wanted to take good photos through a spotting scope, using your phone?

Join members of the Sycamore Audubon Society for our next field trip, Saturday, Sept 6, starting 7:30 am at the gravel parking lot at Celery Bog. We will be looking for fall migrants both in the woods and on the water.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: This field trip is co-sponsored by Great Lakes Audubon, the regional chapter for the National Audubon Society. With this sponsorship, we will offer food and drink on the trip and host a special raffle. Three people will win the opportunity to have SAS member Alex Kittleson custom-make an adapter for your scope, allowing you to take those photos with your phone. Alternate gifts will be available to those who don't need an adapter.

We will also have gift certificates to Silver Dipper and other local eateries. Great Lakes Audubon is interested in supporting our chapter's efforts to feature the birding value and conservation of wetlands, of which Celery Bog is a great example.
