Step into the new year with presence, breath, and a sense of gentle possibility. Sunrise Within is a nourishing community practice designed to help you begin 2026 from a place of steadiness and inner clarity.

In this all-levels class, Erik will guide you through mindful movement, grounding breathwork, and simple postures that invite the body to soften and the heart to open. Together, we will welcome the first morning of the year not with urgency, but with ease—honoring the quiet light that rises inside each of us as we cross this new threshold.

Whether you’re setting intentions, seeking connection, or simply craving a calm and centered start to your year, this practice offers a warm space to arrive just as you are.

Come move, breathe, and greet the year with your Sunflower community. All are welcome. No cost, no experience needed—just bring your mat, your curiosity, and your willingness to begin again.
