Sound Bath at Terraine

A hillside moment to return to yourself.

Join us for a restorative morning in our Library Lantern as sound practitioner Meg Hansen guides a gentle sound bath experience. This session invites you to breathe with the rhythm of the land and settle into the natural stillness of the West Bench.

Whether you come alone or with a neighbor, this is a moment to slow down, reconnect, and root yourself in the shared calm of our hillside habitat. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.

What to Bring
A yoga mat or blanket.
